Full-stack engineer with over ten years on complex B2B products: case management for the funeral industry, access control for sports events, production software for factory lines, a SaaS for public libraries.

Angular and TypeScript are where I go deepest: architecture, large migrations, code review and mentoring. On the server I work in Python and Django, or Node with NestJS and Express, and I’ve shipped Next.js and Astro commercially.

Three projects, three different kinds of problem.

  1. Pacemo / Memcare

    Ideamotive · Angular · 2025–26

    200+components moved from Angular 12 to 21

    A case-management platform for the funeral industry. I led the migration and made most of the refactoring and architecture calls. Builds got about 70% faster, and along the way I onboarded and mentored another engineer.

    A SaaS platform used by more than 100 public libraries. I built back-end and frontend features and integrated the DataAxle and Melissa APIs that enrich its records.

    Ticketing and access control for large events. I built and maintained the access-control interfaces, wrote the technical documentation and supported hand-overs between teams.

    Rebuilt a legacy AngularJS app in Angular 6 on a NestJS and Express back end. Introduced unit testing, reaching about 80% coverage in the core modules.
